1. How do I book my move?

The booking process is simple:

A. Call us on: 01923 225502 or 07956 454 886 and tell us what, when and where you are moving.

B. We visit you in your home to discuss your needs, expectations and provide a quote for your move.

C. Book on the day, call or email us whenever you are ready.

2. Do you provide insurance?

Yes, your items will be fully insured and the cost included in your quotation.

4.  How do I purchase storage for my move?

We will assess what size storage room you require prior to your move and provide you with a storage solution to match all of your needs. We can also book a unit on your behalf.

5. Can I buy boxes and packing materials from Alans Removals?

Yes, we can advice and provide you with all the materials you might need.

6. What should I do before my move?

You will need an electrician or gas safe engineer to disconnect any electrical and gas main connections – if taking such items with you.

7. What should I expect on moving day?

You should expect the move to go seamlessly – we  have years of experience carrying out all kinds of moves.
